*Additional exhibitor attendees other than the included conference registrations and the (3) three complimentary badge passes will be required to register for as additional exhibitor attendees at $200 per person. Meal tickets can also be purchased for booth representatives not utilizing the full conference registrations.
*There is no need for FULL BOOTH exhibitors to make advanced arrangements for internet or electricity unless a wired or dedicated T1 line is needed. If additional SERVICES and/or EQUIPMENT are required, or for Tabletop exhibitors who need electricity, please complete the EXHIBITOR SERVICES ORDER FORM. If additional INTERNET is required from the services provided above, please complete the INTERNET SERVICE ORDER FORM. PAYMENT: Payment in full must be made by March 10, 2017. Previous booth selections will be returned to the open selection of booths if payment has not been received by March 10, 2017.
Exhibitor cancellation made prior to January 31, 2017 will result in a loss of $100 (cancellation fee). Cancellations made after January 31, 2017, but prior to February 25, 2017, will result in a loss of 50% of total payment. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER February 25, 2017.
